‘A bank for me’ –that responds to and delivers beyond customers' expectations. EDGE and I worked with BankDhofar to evolve its retail concept and position the bank as ‘the best in the Gulf’, with appeal to a younger market expressed through refreshed and vibrant branding and a strong emphasis on interactive digital communication and live in-store content. The principles of the initial flagship design were distilled down into design principles that could be applied to smaller stores or kiosks, ensuring appropriate target customer communication for all key sectors: youth / mass affluent / corporate / priority and the Islamic customer base, addressed via separate offer. The bank recently won the prestigious "Best Retail Bank Oman 2013" award at the Global Banking and Finance Review Awards 2013.
